We’d be happy to welcome a few more team members to assist with cleaning, front desk duties, and/or social media management.
You’ll be assigned a free bed in the staff dormitory, sharing with other team members. There are several roles available for volunteers at the hostel:

Social Media Management & Event Organizing

Manager’s Track
You also have the option to be paid for additional hours worked beyond your room and board exchange.
Breakfast is provided daily, and we currently offer two free dinners each week along with several free drink nights—you’re more than welcome to join!
Requirements for Maintenance Position
-
Experience in house maintenance or construction work.

Commitment of 18 hours per week plus participation in one event.

Minimum stay of 3 weeks.
Requirements for Front Desk Position
-
Must be detail-oriented and punctual.
-
Outgoing, sociable, and energetic personality is a must.

Experience or willingness to engage with people from diverse cultures daily.

Must have good English-speaking skills.

Minimum commitment of 4 weeks, up to 6 months, available year-round.

Help for 18 hours per week (primarily front desk duties plus one day of room cleaning) and assist with one weekly event.
Requirements for Manager’s Track

Opportunity to pursue an assistant or full-time manager role.

Must have at least 6 months (or more) of experience in a managerial position within the hostel industry.

Strong leadership skills and a detail-oriented mindset are essential.

Hourly wage and weekly working hours are negotiable.

A small private room within the staff quarters will be provided.
